Incident/Ticket can be created with the Everise IT team by utilizing any one of the options as stated below:
  1. Incident/ticket Via Onboarding BOT – raise a ticket with the Everise IT team.
  2. Send an email to any of the three email IDs as stated below based on your location to raise a ticket.
You must utilize the personal email ID that you used to log in to Workday.
